Why I'm teaching this

My work has always sat at the intersection of language, influence and change. Over thirty-five years in tech, from developer to director, leading professional services and training teams delivering to major organisations. Alongside that, two decades in NLP, trained to trainer level, and a year now spent going deep into AI specifically for coaches and practitioners.

That combination is rare, and it's the whole point. I sit exactly where NLP, language and AI meet, because underneath all three is the same thing: the impact and influence of words. I'm not interested in using AI to strip the humanity out of your work. I'm interested in helping practitioners build AI that respects their skill, carries their standards, and gives them more room for the work only humans can do.

This isn't a folder of videos to work through alone, it's a community workshop. You build alongside other practitioners doing the same thing, with real-time guidance when you get stuck, so the work actually gets done instead of becoming one more thing you meant to do.

You don't begin as an AI expert. You arrive ready to build, test, ask questions, and leave with a working foundation you can actually use. Nobody learns this by pretending they already know it. How it works

Six live sessions across two weeks, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, plus two Tuesday hotseats where you bring your real work and we sort it together live.

Each session runs the same structure. We take one piece of the build, I show you the principle behind it, then you build it on your own material while I guide you. You test it, notice what changed, and leave with a clear next step. You're not watching me work. You're doing the work, with help right there when it snags.

The two Tuesday hotseats are for the stuck points. You bring the bit that isn't working, and we fix it live, so nobody falls behind between sessions.

What it is

A live, practical build of your first working AI partner, shaped around your voice, values and method, using language, context, standards and feedback.

What it isn't

A prompt list. A generic tech course. A "let AI do everything for you" shortcut. Productivity hacking with the humanity stripped out. You stay the author the whole way through. AI just learns to reproduce more of what you already do well.
