You've felt AIÂ tone down your voice
You've tried it, and what comes back sounds like everyone and no one. It's souless and samey. Your voice and perspective are the whole value of your work, and generic AI is the opposite of that.
You keep meaning to get to AI, and haven't
You're not behind because you're incapable, you're behind because nobody's shown you how to build it around what you already do, using the NLP advantage you already have.
You want AI to take care of the repetitive bits, not the human side of your work
You didn't get into coaching or training to spend your time learning endless tech tricks. You want the routine tasks handled so you have more time for the part only you can do.
If that's you, you're in exactly the right place. And here's the part most people miss:
as an NLP practitioner, you're not behind on this at all. You're ahead by default.
You already know how this goes
You sit down to use AI, and you either freeze at the blank box or you type something quick and take whatever it gives back. It's competent. It's chatty. Yet the output just doesn't work. It sounds like every other AI-generated thing on the internet.
So you tidy it, or you rewrite it, or you give up and do it yourself. And somewhere underneath, a small worry sits: if AI can eventually do my work, does my expertise still matter?
Meanwhile everyone's shouting something different.
"Which model? Which prompt? Build your voice this way, no, that way."
It's too much, so you do nothing, and the doing-nothing costs you, because the ground keeps moving forward whether you engage with it or not.
The longer you leave it, the more AI becomes something happening to your business and your life instead of something you know how to leverage for yourself.
It's not you. It's the advice.
Prompt lists don't build anything that lasts. You get a result once, then you're back to the blank box tomorrow.
Generic AI courses teach you the tool, not how to make it think like you. So you learn the buttons and still sound like everyone else.
And "just play with it" turns into six months of poking about with nothing to show for it, because there was never an outcome to aim at.
What's actually missing is a way to put your voice, structure, brand, standards and expertise into the tool itself, while learning skills you need for the long-term. That's not a prompt, it's a foundation for everything. And building it is a craft, one that happens to sit right in your wheelhouse.
This is not just “come away with an AI thing.” This is “learn how to work with AI practically through building something useful, while future-proofing your skills”
Here's the reframe that changes everything
AI runs on language, context, patterns and feedback. Reading those, shaping those, working with those, that's your entire trade as an NLP professional.
You already model how people think and you already notice what language does and adjust in real time. You already know how to give feedback that shifts a pattern and you already know how to test, observe, adjust and test again.
That is exactly what building a good AI partner requires. Most people are learning it from scratch and you've been doing it for years without calling it that.
Underneath my writing, my NLP work and my AI work is one thing: the impact and influence of words. That's your ground too and this bootcamp just shows you how to point it at the tool.
Why I'm teaching this
My work has always sat at the intersection of language, influence and change. Over thirty-five years in tech, from developer to director, leading professional services and training teams delivering to major organisations. Alongside that, two decades in NLP, trained to trainer level, and more than a year now spent going deep into AI and the psyche specifically for coaches and practitioners.
That combination is rare, and it's the whole point. I sit exactly where NLP, cognition, language and AI meet, because underneath all four is the same thing: the impact and influence of words.
I'm also done with the hype. The promises that you'll build out your business in three hours when you've never touched AI. The webinars where it all looks effortless while pre-built systems do the real work behind the scenes. The training that skips forty steps and leaves you thinking the problem is you. It isn't.Â
My approach is step by step, no gaps, working in real time. You start where you actually are, not where someone else thinks you should be. And every single thing I teach, I walk you through until it clicks.
I'm not interested in using AI to strip the humanity out of your work. I'm interested in helping you build AI that respects your skill, enhances your standards, and gives you more time for the work only humans can do.
The AI Model Yourself Bootcamp
Two weeks. Live. Practical. Built around your actual work.
This isn't a folder of videos to work through alone, it's a community workshop. You build alongside other practitioners doing the same thing, with real-time guidance when you get stuck, so the work actually gets done instead of becoming one more thing you meant to do.
You don't begin as an AI expert. You begin wherever you are, ready to build, test, ask questions, and leave with a useful setup you can actually use. Nobody learns this by pretending they already know it. You'll get the freedom to be a beginner, ask the obvious questions, test messy first versions, and still build something real from your own work.
We use Claude (one of the leading large language model (LLM) AI assistants) for this Bootcamp,
What you'll build
Three practical tools you can keep using, all genuinely yours.
Your voice skill file
A working model of how you actually write and think, built from your own patterns. So when AI produces for you, it sounds like you, not the default. This is the thing that ends the sameness.
Your Claude.md file
A simple instruction file that tells Claude (the AI assistant) who you are, how you work, and what your standards are. So each session starts with your context instead of a blank box, and you stop having to explain yourself from scratch every time.
Your first reusable Claude skill
A first step in building AI that can hold more of your expertise, so you leave knowing how to keep going long after the two weeks are over.
Everything included
- 6 live build sessions
- 2 live hotseats
- A working voice skill file
- A Claude.md foundation
- An introduction to Claude skills
- Recordings of every session
- Small cohort support
- 30-day free access to a private community within the Start With AI Academy, with first access to future AI/NLP bootcamps at 50% off
- Founding member input into future versions of the bootcamp
- Bonus resources to support your build project
How it works
Six live sessions across two weeks, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, plus two Tuesday hotseats where you bring your real work and we sort it together live.
Each session runs the same structure. We take one piece of the build, I show you the principle behind it, then you build it on your own material while I guide you. You test it, notice what changed, and leave with a clear next step. You're not watching me work. You're doing the work, with help right there when it snags.
The two Tuesday hotseats are for the stuck points. You bring the bit that isn't working, and we fix it live, so nobody falls behind between sessions.
What it is
A live, practical build of your first working AI partner, shaped around your voice, values and method, using language, context, standards and feedback.
What it isn't
A prompt list. A generic tech course. A "let AI do everything for you" shortcut. Productivity hacking with the humanity stripped out. You stay the author the whole way through. AI just learns to reproduce more of what you already do well.
Â
What you'll leave with
- A working voice file AI can use, built from your own language and patterns
- A Claude.md foundation specific to you that you can reuse every time you work
- The beginnings of your own reusable Claude skill
- A clearer understanding of how to direct AI with language, context, standards and feedback
- More confidence using AI to achieve what you want and free up your time, without losing your voice
- The foundational skills for long-term AI use — future-proofing your business so it doesn't depend on any single tool staying the same.
Founding member pricing
This is the first cohort, capped at ten participants, so it's the founding price and the most hands-on this bootcamp will ever be.
£247 early-bird, until Friday 4th September 2026
Then ÂŁ347 for this founding cohort. Future cohorts ÂŁ757.
Ten places only. Founding members get the lowest price this will ever be, and the close attention that only a first small cohort allows. You won't be expected to arrive knowing the tech. You'll be guided through the build live.
Save My Founding PlaceWhy now
AI is not waiting until you feel ready. The people who win with it won't be the ones with the most technical skill. They'll be the ones who know how to teach it their standards, their language and their way of thinking. That is your advantage, but only if you start using it.

Is this just prompt training?
Is it really for beginners?
How much time will it take?
