Meet Your Host
Hi, I'm Heather Masters.
I've spent over 35 years working in technology—from software development through to senior leadership—helping organisations including BT, Barclays Capital, London Underground and NatWest navigate change, innovation and digital transformation. I've also been a technical author since 1991 including working with Ariba Inc. and MTN South Africa.
Alongside that, I've spent the last 20 years studying, living and working with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I trained to Trainer level through the Tad James lineage and have worked closely with Sue Knight for over a decade, including supporting the AI components within her live Master Practitioner programme this year.
Why does that matter?
Because I don't see AI as just another technology.
I see it as a new way of thinking and collaborating.
Technology tells us what AI can do.
NLP helps us understand how humans think, communicate and make decisions and how AI is mirroring that structure.
Together, they offer a practical way to use AI without losing the very human qualities that make us creative, adaptable and capable of good judgement.
That's why I created this webinar.
