Welcome back to my journey with Start with AI and day three. Mind blowing and terrifying in equal measures. AI isn't just changing business, it's changing humanity. Take a deep breath.
I'm not sure if I should be more excited or terrified. There's this, this comparison going on, this parallel thing happening. And it's about that awareness when we're using AI that'll help us move through.
So I spent today trying to wrap my head around where this is all heading. And honestly, it is mind blowing. We're talking about AI that can understand context, emotion, even help people through therapeutic processes.
And that's where I really look at my introvert brain kicked in with all the questions, all the doubts, can I actually do this? Do I know enough? Maybe this is too big for me, this goal that I have.
And I caught myself spiraling and had to literally say out loud, breathe, take a step back, calm down, get a copper. Because here's the thing.
I keep seeing all of these promises about a earning 10k a day with AI and that's not it what it's about for me, it's about the mental health crisis. The mental health crisis is very real and increasing. People are struggling more than ever.
And if AI can help us reach more people and support more transformation, then that's where my heart, my purpose is. I'm not here to, to get rich quick.
I'm here because I believe that transformational practitioners, NLPers, coaches, hypnotherapists, energy healers have something unique to offer in this AI revolution. So today's lesson is it's okay to feel small when facing something that is so, so much bigger.
But remember that every starfish you throw back into the ocean matters. So every one person we can help with this technology where they may not be able to get help elsewhere, every person counts.
Even if we only influence AI's development by 10% towards more conscious, compassionate applications and learning, that counts. We, we don't need to change the whole world, just our corner of it. So what's driving your AI interest? Is it the technology?
Is it the money that you can potentially make? Or is it potential to help more people? Or is it something else?
